3:10pm  - What is the Armed Forces Covenant & Employment Recognition Awards - Mrs Debra Baton, Regional Employer Engagement Director, West Midlands

3:30pm  - How Your Local Authorities Support your Business and the Covenant - Sam Axtell - Wolverhampton City Council, Community Officer

3:45pm - Why we Sign the Covenant - Black County Chambber of Commerce & Jonathon Moore - Marstons Brewery

4:00pm  - Questions - All Speakers

4:15pm  - Networking and Information sharing - A chance to get further support to make your pledge to the Arned forces and other helpful support.

Why you should sign the covenant  - Signing the covenant means that you are supporting your employees as reservists and veterans. 

What you can pledge? - Employers can choose specific promises or pledges to support their employees within the armed forces community. Local authorities promise to encourage local communities in supporting the armed forces community, including promoting understanding and awareness.
