This event will look at the issues affecting smaller developers and some of the challenges developers face when sourcing funds to acquire sites and fund development costs.
As a country we need more new homes. With national house builders looking to acquire larger strategic sites, there are potentially rich pickings for smaller developers either looking to build houses for the first time or to expand their existing operations. As a result smaller developers are on the increase, including general builders progressing to building homes and Buy to Let Landlords looking for a better and more tax efficient investment.
Who should attend?
Developers, general builders, Buy to Let landlords and anybody considering a move into residential development.
