The Black Country Chamber of Commerce has partnered with Dudley Mind to raise awareness of Mental Health in the Workplace. As part of this campaign, we would like to offer employers an opportunity to learn more about creating a healthy workplace environment; not in terms of general Health & Safety, but in exploring areas such as mental health and physical wellbeing, as well as offering employee benefits and perks and developing positive workplace cultures. All of these things combined ultimately lead to happier employees, with studies showing improvements in overall productivity, retention, customer service and profitability.
After delegates have heard from several guest speakers, there will be an opportunity to explore a marketplace of service providers who can assist you with developing a complete solution for creating a well-balanced, healthy workplace environment. Finally, there will also be plenty of time to network with fellow delegates before the event closes.
