The two talks will help educate on sales, leading to increased sales and business activity for local businesses. There will be a Q & A and opportunity to talk to both speakers and other business owners in attendance during the event.

Gordon Shipley, retired marketing and sales professional will lead on 'Client management, profitable retention of customers and growth.'
