ABOUT ABOUT

What are the skills that your organisation will need to thrive in the next five years? Walsall College is holding a panel discussion to explore the findings, discuss our regions skills challenges, and how businesses and skills providers should respond.

Our expert panel will examine:

  • The regional skills gap and what is being done to close it

  • How to identify skills gaps within your business

  • The impact of the apprenticeship levy, the benefits and costs it will bring to companies, and making the most of it for all companies

  • Retaining staff who have been trained and invested in

  • Best practice for engaging with training providers and getting the most from the relationship

Who should attend?

Businesses of any size are welcome to attend. Along with leaders of organisations who want to influence the direction of the skills agendas, this event will benefit for anyone with responsibility for training budgets, from financial directors to training managers.
