In 2016 137 million working days were lost to sickness and injury, costing the UK economy £18 billion. With many companies looking at ways to increase profitability by taking better care of their workforce, this workshop will focus on innovative ways which have proven to be effective. Our aim is to show you what's available outside mainstream occupational healthcare to help you optimise health, happiness and performance in the workplace.
This workshop is aimed at those responsible for employee wellbeing in medium and large organisations. You'll leave with ideas you can put into practice as soon as you get back to work.
