ABOUT ABOUT

intu Merry Hill is set to create a major leisure complex over the coming years. The new development will see a series of new restaurants and entertainment facilities added to the centre as well as a new on-site cinema which will double the amount of leisure and food experiences.

Confirmed Speakers

In this workshop, you will hear from:

  • Dan Murphy, Regional Centre Director who will discuss the future leisure developments

  •  Nick Round, Regional Managing Director who is spearheading the retailer negotiations and their upsizing

  • Robert Pickersgill, Marketing Manager who is driving to make intu Merry Hill a key shopper destination bringing more visitors, jobs and income to the area.

Who should attend?

Retailers, local business owners, local attractions and anyone interested in hearing about the future plans of intu Merry Hill

The works, which is part of intu's £100 million commitment to improve the centre over the next few years, aims to along with leisure, further enhance the retail mix space reshaping the centre to reduce the number of smaller units. This will create larger shop areas to meet the demands of retail chains that want to be able to show off a greater range of products which has already been seen with Next and Primark.
Attendees will also see exclusive artist impressions of the development plans.

Refreshments will be served during the event.
