Mitch Kowalski - 2030: A Completely New World for Professional Services Firms

By Black Country Business Festival (other events)

Thursday, April 26 2018 8:15 AM 11:00 AM BST

ABOUT ABOUT

Successful professional services firms in the year 2030 (just 12 years hence!) will emerge from the choices their leaders make in 2018, 2019 and 2020. In order to create competitive advantage and deliver superior financial returns, professional services firms need to understand and adapt to the changing environment in which they now live, as well as forecasting what that environment will look like in 2030; long term vision and strategy have therefore never been more important for professional services firms.

In association with Talbots Law, Mitch Kowalski will examine the challenges professional firms face now and the ones they will face in the future, primarily through the lens of legal services but with nods to other sectors. Mitch will then use this perspective to suggest a provocative model for the successful professional services firm of the future.

Who should attend?

Owners, managers and anybody working in professional services firms (even clients!), who want insight into how professional services firms will need to operate so as to compete and survive in the very near future!

He has served on a number of Boards of Directors; most recently as a member of the Board of Directors of legal start-ups.
